You’ll stay in close contact with your advisor throughout the entire process — from the university’s evaluation of your application to the final decision. If additional documents are required or an interview is scheduled, your advisor will notify you promptly and provide clear instructions.
They’ll also ensure you stay on track by reminding you of all key steps needed for a successful application and admission to the university of your choice.
Scholarship Application
For most EAC Partner Universities, the scholarship application is submitted along with your university application. Your advisor will guide you through this process and also inform you about other financial aid opportunities available in your chosen country.

Once you receive your Admission Letter, your advisor will guide you through the next steps to officially become an international student at one of our Partner Universities.
A key step in this process is applying for a Student Visa. Visa procedures vary depending on the country of your chosen university. Your advisor will prepare a detailed checklist of the required documents and help you get ready before scheduling an appointment at the relevant embassy.
