Structure, Timing, and Class Program

 

The TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) is one of the world’s most widely recognized English proficiency exams for the workplace. It is designed to measure practical English skills used in global business, communication, and professional environments. The test is accepted by thousands of companies, institutions, and organizations worldwide for recruitment, promotion, and training purposes.

Preparing with a structured course helps candidates build workplace-relevant language skills, improve test performance, and achieve a competitive advantage in their careers.

TOEIC Test Structure and Timing

The most commonly used version is the TOEIC Listening & Reading Test, although Speaking & Writing modules are also available.

Listening (45 minutes, 100 questions)

  • • 4 parts: Photographs, Question–Response, Conversations, and Talks.
  • • Tests comprehension of everyday workplace English and spoken interactions.

Reading (75 minutes, 100 questions)

  • • 3 parts: Incomplete Sentences, Text Completion, and Reading Comprehension.
  • • Focuses on grammar, vocabulary, and understanding written business materials (emails, reports, notices).

Total Test Time: around 2 hours.

Optional: The TOEIC Speaking & Writing Test (separate) evaluates oral communication and writing skills, taking about 80 minutes.

Our TOEIC Test Course

We offer a 14-class course designed for groups of at least 3 students. Each class lasts 90 minutes and develops listening, reading, and test-taking strategies. The full program is offered at 150 EUR per student.

Individual Classes

We also offer individual lessons at 20 EUR per class (90 minutes each). The minimum package is 4 classes. Individual classes are tailored to professional or academic goals, with extra focus on either Listening, Reading, Speaking, or Writing depending on student needs.
